Nearly a quarter of a million people across Norfolk and Waveney have been vaccinated including over 94% of over 80 years olds.
New figures released show that up to 7 February:
- 249,378 people in Norfolk and Waveney have had their first dose
- 67,260 people or 94.3% over 80 year olds have had their first dose.
- 47,456 people aged 75-79 or 97.2% have had their first dose.
- 51,071 people aged 70-74 or 72.7% have had their first dose.
- 83,591 people aged under 70 have had their first dose.
Commenting James said, "The successful rollout of the vaccine programme is helping to protect the most vulnerable groups. I would like to thank everyone involved in this great team effort."
