James is encouraging small businesses in North West Norfolk to consider applying for new Small Business Grants offering up to £25,000 for 75% project costs.
Applications opened last week for the Small Business Grant scheme which is funded by the Council's additional restrictions grant allocation, it will be administered by New Anglia LEP Growth Hub.
Businesses can apply for a grant of up to £25,000 for 75% of project costs. Funding must be claimed by 30th June 2021, and funding can be back dated to spend from 22 Feb 2021.
Who & what is eligible?
- The grant is not limited to sectors, although retail, hospitality, leisure and those in the supply chains for these sectors will be prioritised.
- Businesses must demonstrate how they have been severely impacted by COVID-19, what they need to invest in and why this investment will help them move forward.
- It will fund items such as premises construction/extension/purchase; plant and machinery; commercial vehicles, fixtures and fittings; 1-2-1 specialist advice to address your immediate needs in response to the impact of COVID-19.
