On Thursday, James was interviewed on BBC Radio Norfolk on his campaigning for a new hospital for QEH.
During the interview James expressed his incredible frustration at the delay in decision on new hospitals. The health minister leading on this programme came to QEH with James a few weeks ago to see for himself the roof and he heard direct from staff and patients. James then called on the Health Secretary to back the bid once again a week ago.
He will keep making sure ministers in the Health department, Treasury, and the Prime Minister know how much this new hospital is needed and he will keep pressing ministers to make the announcement as QEH’s need is compelling.
