On Friday, James launched his first ever Christmas card competition for primary school children to design his official Christmas card for 2020.
James has contacted head teachers of primary schools across the constituency to encourage their pupils to take part in the competition. The winning design will be printed and sent out across North West Norfolk by James this Christmas, with the winner's name and school printed inside. The card featuring the design will also be sent to the Prime Minister.
James said:
“This is my first Christmas card competition and I’m excited to see the imaginative and creative ideas from primary pupils across the constituency.
While I welcome designs on all themes, I particularly encourage entries that reflect the theme of what makes Christmas special.”
Entries should be A4 or smaller and preferably coloured in paint, felt tips, or crayons as colour pencils do not reproduce well when printed - and please, no glitter! Entrants must attend school in the North West Norfolk constituency.
The competition is being run with the kind support of Prontaprint, St James Street, King’s Lynn which will print the cards featuring the winning design.
