James Wild MP meets campaigners supporting new QEH hospital

On Wednesday, James and other local MPs whose constituents rely on the QEH met local campaigners bringing postcards campaigning for a new hospital.

James spoke to campaigners about QEH's bid for a new hospital and the expressions of interest submitted to the process for selecting the next 8 new hospitals. 

Following the meeting James was interviewed by Radio Norfolk.

James campaigned successfully in Parliament with strong local support to get a commitment to a new QEH by 2030. Plans are moving ahead with the helipad being relocated, enabling work to start this year on the new car park to free up space for the new hospital.
