On Wednesday, James was called for his first Prime Minister's Question since being elected in December (selection takes place by a random ballot of all members applying to ask a question).
James used his question for his top priority of the NHS and specifically investment for QEH. He praised the dedication of staff in at QEH in responding to Coronavirus and called for the QEH to be included in the government's hospital building programme.
The Prime Minster referred to funding QEH received in October and referred to long term solutions being considered.
