James was interviewed on Radio Norfolk following the new health regulators report which recommends QEH comes out of special measures.
James praised the hard work and commitment of all the staff at the hospital for the progress over the last three years in delivering improved care. He highlighted the achievement of that particularly during Covid.
Now the focus is on delivering further improvements for people across West Norfolk and he committed to continuing to champion QEH’s case for major investment in modernisation as part of offering a better experience for patients, their families, and staff.
