The announcement that the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn has been added to the New Hospital Building Programme was welcome news for North West Norfolk.
James campaigned successfully in Parliament with strong local support to get a commitment to a new QEH by 2030. Plans are moving ahead with the helipad being relocated, enabling work to start this year on the new car park to free up space for the new hospital.
