This morning James spoke to Chris Goreham on Radio Norfolk about the government's announcement to allow three households to form Christmas bubbles and be able to meet up between 23- 27 December. He also spoke about the Covid Alert Tier system and factors in the decision on which tier North West Norfolk will go into.
